Booking conditions

Mieko Resort complies with the following conditions when ordering, Mieko Resort complies with the following conditions when ordering, booking and cancelling accommodation services. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties when the customer has made the payment mentioned in these terms and conditions.

Booking and payment

The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid Javete Oy for the accommodation either with a credit card or in their online bank.

In a direct booking, the customer will be sent an order confirmation, residents' instructions, a key code and the address of the accommodation by e-mail. Upon arrival at the destination, the customer must present the order confirmation and proof of payment.

JJavete Oy has the right to change prices. After the contract has been made, the lessor has the right to increase the agreed price if the taxes or public fees affecting the price of the cottage holiday service change.

Cancellations

Cancellation must always be made in writing by e-mail. If the customer cancels the reservation 30 days before the start of the stay, the payment will be refunded minus an office fee of €15 and cancellation costs of €50. If the customer cancels the reservation later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire rent will be charged. The cancellation is considered to have taken place at the moment when information about the cancellation has reached Javete Oy.

In the event that Javete Oy rents the vacation destination to another customer, the rent will be returned to the extent that rent is received from the new customer.
If the customer cancels his reservation and leaves the holiday destination before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to a rent refund.

In In case of illness, it is recommended to take out travel insurance.

Javete Oy has the right to cancel the reservation.
In the event of a force majeure, the owner of the vacation destination can terminate the contract, in which case Javete Oy must notify the customer of the cancellation as soon as possible. In such a case, the customer has the right to receive a refund for the paid services.

Delivery of the door code

The door code of the holiday destination is given to the customer on the day of the arrival or the day before by e-mail or text message.
Staying at a resort

The holiday destination is available to the customer normally from 15:00 on the day of the arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure. The rent of the holiday properties includes bedding, sheets, towels, basic crockery and normal energy costs. The customer is obliged to compensate Javete Oy directly for the damage caused to its property or movable property.

Smoking is prohibited inside all resorts. The customer will be charged €500 for breaking the smoking rule.

The final cleaning of the holiday property is €140. The furniture must be put in its original place. Javete Oy has the right to invoice the customer for additional cleaning costs if the property is left in an unreasonably untidy condition.

Javete Oy has the right to charge a security deposit of a maximum of €500 upon arrival at the resort. Javete Oy returns the deposit to the customer on the day of the departure after checking the property. Compensation for damage and possible additional costs caused by cleaning (e.g. smoking at the resort) can be deducted from the security deposit.

Number of people

The number of people may not exceed the number of beds stated in the information concerning the cottage, with the exception of schools and other celebrations where accommodation is not required. If the number of people exceeds the number of beds stated in the information, Javete Oy will charge an additional fee of 30% of the price of the accommodation or it has the right to terminate the contract immediately, in which case none of the payments made will be returned to the customer.

It is prohibited to set up tents and caravans or use rental equipment (e.g. a hot tub) on the site of the resort without a permit. Charging electric and hybrid cars from the power grids of the cabins is strictly prohibited.

Complaints

All complaints related to the reservation and the condition of the holiday destination must be pointed out immediately after the issue arises. Javete Oy does not handle complaints related to the condition of the accommodation made afterwards.

If repair and maintenance work is carried out at the destination due to reasons beyond Javete Oy's control or due to otherwise unforeseeable reasons and the problem is corrected within a reasonable time, the marketing organization has no obligation to compensate.

Force majeure

Javete Oy is not responsible for damage caused to the customer due to a force majeure or a similar unforeseeable reason (e.g. caused by power outages or animals such as mice and insects). The marketing organization is also not responsible for damages or consequences caused by normal natural phenomena.
